If you attend this year for the first time offline, you need to apply for a Buyers Badge before you can enter the exhibition hall. In order to provide you with a good offline experience, this year’s online pre-registration service is open in advance, please experience!
(Note: If you have applied for the Canton Fair overseas Buyers Badge in the past, please note: this Buyers Badge can be used for more than one session, you can enter into the hall directly with the current Buyers Badge , convenient and time-saving, please keep it properly.)

Warm Tips
1. Registration
Buyers who have never attended the offline fair can register a new account for free if they are using BEST for the first time.
2. Application conditions
Valid company and personal information is required for pre-application. To complete personal information, you need to fill in valid foreign ID information and upload your personal photo for the badge, please prepare in advance.
The Pre-registration is only applicable to the first time to apply for the Buyers Badge.
3. Application and audit time
This year, the pre-registration has started, and the audit time for pre-registration to be collected at the overseas purchasers in the Canton Fair Complex will start from March 6. Once your application is submitted, we will review it as soon as possible within the audit time.
4. Collection matters
After the pre-registration is approved, you can print the “Pre-registration Receipt of Buyers Badge” online, and bring the receipt and your valid overseas ID to the following locations to collect your free Buyers Badge during the check-in time.

(2) Canton Fair office in Hong Kong
Renew or Re-apply the Buyers Badge
The Buyers Badge can be used for more than one session/long term, and it can be used to enter the hall directly, so please keep it properly. If you need to renew or re-apply the badge for personal reasons, please bring the original “Pre-registration Receipt of Buyers Badge” or present the original Pre-registration Receipt number for processing. Please present the old Buyers Badge for free replacement. Service fee will be charged for the replacement of badge.
Apply for invitation letter
You can apply for the invitation letter of Canton Fair at the same time of your pre-registration in order to apply for the visa to China smoothly. Your pre-registration status will not affect your application for Canton Fair invitation letter.
